Who is Buti Green
Buti Green the national Greening Champion, an environmental activist and ambassador of Green Development Foundation. The eco-friendly champion is an environmental learner, teacher and an influencer promoting green and healthy environments by building sustainable relationships across the country.

MY OBJECTIVES
Environmental Educator
Education is at the heart of the Buti Green. Buti Green delivers environmental education programmes in schools, youth groups, and communities to raise awareness about environmental challenges and sustainable solutions.
Through interactive learning sessions, community engagements, and awareness campaigns, Buti Green equips individuals with the knowledge needed to make environmentally responsible choices in their daily lives contributing to a more sustainable future.
Gardening
Gardening is a key pillar of Buti Green’s approach to sustainability and community empowerment. The initiative promotes the establishment of school and community gardens as a practical solution to food insecurity, environmental degradation, and lack of green spaces.By promoting gardening, Buti Green encourages communities to grow their own food using sustainable and environmentally friendly practices also, strengthens community resilience and self-sufficiency.
Recycling
Buti Green advocates responsible waste management practices by encouraging communities to reduce, reuse, and recycle. Through educational campaigns and community projects, Buti Green raises awareness about the impact of waste on the environment while promoting recycling as a practical solution to reducing pollution and protecting natural resources.
Tree Planting
Tree planting is one of the core pillars of the Buti Green initiative. Trees play a critical role in improving air quality, reducing urban heat, supporting biodiversity, and strengthening climate resilience.Through school campaigns, community events, and environmental partnerships, Buti Green lead tree planting initiatives that restore green spaces and improve the health of local ecosystems.
Eco-City
Buti Green promotes the vision of eco-friendly and sustainable cities where communities live in harmony with the environment.Through advocacy and community-led initiatives, Buti Green encourages responsible urban living practices such as water conservation, clean public spaces, sustainable food production, and community-driven environmental stewardship. The goal is to inspire communities to take collective responsibility in building cities that are cleaner, greener, and more resilient.
